MEET Mr. D
Ryan Demers, owner and pitmaster of Mr. D’s, goes gangbusters for sharing good food with cool cats. With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Mr. D is hip on the latest cooking trends and spends his days educating chefs of the future. He originated and developed a nifty Pro Start program at Pewaukee High School and was named 2019’s Wisconsin Pro Start Teacher of the Year.
When he’s not doting on the grill or creating in the kitchen, you’ll find Ryan at his pad in the fat city of Waukesha with his wife and three daughters listening to music, gardening, and being a fab dad and husband.
Plus, he’s a bit of a dreamer!
